New EFI ProGraphics Series LED ink set available EFI has introduced a new ProGraphics™ Series LED ink set for the EFI Pro 30h printer. EFI ProGraphics LED XA XF inks are more flexible than the ProGraphics XA inks, expanding the range of substrates and applications. Most colors have a longer shelf life, as well as improved jetting performance and sustainability, reduced sensitivity to environmental variations, and better overall performance.
The EFI ProGraphics LED XA XF inks are the default ink set when ordering a new Pro 30h printer, and the ProGraphics LED XA inks are available as an option.
EFI Pro 30h printers in the field can upgrade to the ProGraphics LED XA XF ink. However, the ink is not top loadable, and a service visit is required. The white ink is the same for both sets, so only the CMYK inks will be converted. It also requires a different profile for Fiery XF, available using the Fiery XF Profiles Updater.

The GREENGUARD Gold certification indicates that the inks meet the highest level achievable for health-based chemical emissions criteria, requiring lower total VOC emission levels, ensuring that products are acceptable for use in sensitive environments, such as schools and healthcare facilities.

Dual touch screen monitors built into the printer for front and back operations. All functionality can be controlled from either side allowing the operator to be much more efficient.
Continuous Feed Board option. This feature will greatly enhance the efficiency of productivity between boards of multi board job.
Printer Width: 3.2M wide (126 inches). This allows you to run multiple rolls at one pass or run roll widths of 3.2M (10ft) wide with no limitation. It will also allow you to run multiple standard boards in one pass.
Printer has an enclosed design with hood and covers. This maintains less dust, temperature and humidity control within the printer electronics and print area versus an open system. Also safer for operations with less exposure to moving components and direct UV lamp exposure. Also, the printer has 8 ceiling fans and customers could add an air duck on top of the printer to extract out any fumes in case the customer has a tight place or not enough air recirculation/replacement for a healthier work environment.
Vacuum for operation is self-contained. Vacuum requirement minimal to control bladder on roll option if chosen to use.
Redirect roller included which allows some media to run eliminating wrinkling. Maintains better tracking of longer roll lengths.
Media rollers also allow you to run warped boards by holding them flat on the belt throughout the run of the board to the tail end, greatly reducing board pop up and damage to heads.
Pin and registration option to run two sided boards from right and left side of printer. This ensures the same zero point which results in perfect registration.
Fiery XF Pro Server included. Also includes the software licenses/options to run color profiler, cut marks option, pantone option, step and repeat, multi-layer running various options with white ink as well as up to five-layer in single pass for perfect registration, improved productivity, etc.
EFI Ink Set: XA XF Ink Set. This is the best ink offering in the market. Greatly enhances the ability to run various materials with great adhesion. Also provide rigid and flexible ink type to eliminate cracking, chipping and allow flexibility on material ran in roll.
