An Overview Of Mimaki’s UCJV Series

Mimaki’s UCJV Series of UV cut-and-print machines are available in two models: the four-color UCJV150-160 and the UCJV300-160, which can accommodate up to seven ink colors. The UCJV’s cut functionality allows users to create labels, decals, floor graphics, vehicle markings and more, all in one unit. Both models can print and cut items up to 64” wide.

In this video, we see the Mimaki UCJV300-160 in action. The 64” wide roll-to-roll printer uses Mimaki’s LUS-170 UV curable ink and an LED curing lamp. This provides instant drying and allows for immediate use without gas out.

The UCJV provides four-layer printing so you can easily go from a frontlit source to a backlit source. This series of Mimaki printers is ideal for sign and graphics as well as specialty display lines.
